Terms and Conditions of RediRewards: Find Your Route to Talladega

This Sweepstakes is governed exclusively by the laws of the United States. You are not authorized to participate in the Sweepstakes if you are not located within the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, excluding the state of New York.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT PROVIDES FOR INDEMNIFICATION OF THE SPONSOR (AS DEFINED BELOW) BY YOU, A CLASS ACTION AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER, A REQUIREMENT THAT MOST DISPUTES BE SETTLED BY MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION, AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

1. DATES OF SWEEPSTAKES. Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01am Eastern time on September 8, 2026, and ends on September 30, 2026, at 11:59:59 pm Eastern time (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

2. ELIGIBILITY. Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, excluding residents of the state of New York, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or the age of majority in their state of residence (which is nineteen (19) in Alabama, Nebraska, twenty-one (21) in Mississippi, and eighteen (18) in all other states) as of the date of entry (the “Entrant”) who are a new or existing RediRewards member. The Sponsor and their employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the officers, directors, agents, and employees of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and members of their immediate families or households (whether related or not) of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Residents of and individuals located in the state of New York are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Void outside of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, void in the state of New York and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Sweepstakes may only be entered in or from the fifty (50) United States, excluding the State of New York, or the District of Columbia, and entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible for entry. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

3. HOW TO ENTER. Eligible Individuals may enter the sweepstakes by completing an eligible stay, as defined below, at a Red Roof, Red Roof PLUS+, or The Red Collection hotel during the Month of September 2026. Valid only for full price (except for Member Exclusive Rates), direct bookings, associated with a RediRewards account (“Eligible Stay”).

4. ALTERNATE MEANS OF ENTRY – ENTER BY EMAIL. An eligible individual may enter for free by submitting an email entry by the alternative method of entry (“AMOE”) instructions below. Both methods will be treated as equal entries, and neither method will impair or harm the odds of winning the Sweepstakes.

During the Sweepstakes Period, send an email to Redirewards@redroof.com with “RediRewards Talladega Sweepstakes” in the email's subject line. The body of the email must contain your full name, complete postal address (including zip code), valid home telephone number, a valid email address and the Entrant’s RediRewards account number. All email entries must be received by September 30, 2026, at 11:59:59 pm Eastern time, in order to be included in the drawing.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Any attempt by a participant to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple/different identities, or any other methods, will void that person’s entries and may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Compliance with the entry requirements and all other aspects of these Official Rules will be determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion. Entries that violate, as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, these Official Rules will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes.

5. DRAWING/ODDS. On or about October 1, 2026, the potential prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received by the Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

To be eligible to receive the prize, the Entrant must have an address on file with the Sponsor or have provided an address when prompted at the time of entry. In the event that an Entrant has an incomplete address, the Entrant will be disqualified and an alternate prize winner will be selected in a random drawing.

6. PRIZE. One (1) prize will be awarded, a VIP Talladega Race Weekend Experience for the winner and up to three guests for the 2026 Yellawood 500 with an approximate retail value of $10,000.

Travel Stipend

• $4,500 travel stipend to help cover trip-related expenses for the winner and up to three guests.
• The travel stipend will be provided as an electronic gift card via email. The team will contact the winner to confirm the stipend has been received.
• The stipend may be used toward airfare, rental car, fuel, parking, race-day transportation, meals, and other trip-related expenses.
• The winner is responsible for arranging travel, transportation, and meals not included in the VIP experience. Any expenses above the stipend are the responsibility of the winner.

Red Roof Accommodations

• One room at Red Roof Inn & Suites Oxford.
• Three-night stay, Friday through Monday.
• Deluxe 2 Full Beds Non-Smoking room, accommodating up to four guests.
• Approximate retail value of Red Roof accommodations: $500.

Talladega Superspeedway VIP Experience

• VIP experience for four, valued at approximately $1,250 per person ($5,000 total), including:
  • Four all-inclusive hospitality passes
  • Four garage passes
  • Four pace car rides
  • One parking pass

7. PRIZE RESTRICTION. Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable and no substitutions or cash redemptions are permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. In the case of unavailability of prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income. Potential prize winner consents to the use of his/her name, likeness, biographical information, and voice in advertising worldwide without additional compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law (TN residents will not be required to sign a Publicity Release as a condition of winning a prize).

8. NOTIFICATIONS/CLAIMS. Prize winner will be notified by the Sponsor by email and/or phone on or about October 2, 2026 (the “Notification”). Prize winner must respond to Notification within seventy-two (72) hours of the first Notification. In the event the Prize winner fails to respond to the Notification within seventy two (72) hours of the Sponsor’s first Notification to the potential winner or if it is determined by Sponsor, in their sole discretion, that a potential Prize winner is not eligible in accordance with these Official Rules, an alternate Prize winner will be selected at random from among the remaining non-winning eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The value associated with the Prize is taxable as income and the Prize winner is solely responsible for any taxes, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes that become due with respect to the value of the Prize.

Prize winner will be shipped their Prize within one business day from confirmation of the win via the United States Postal Service to the address on file with the Sponsor or to the address supplied at the time the Prize winner responds to the Notification. In the event the Prize is returned, the address is insufficient or incomplete for shipping purposes, or undeliverable for any reason, the prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate prize winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries received. If the alternate prize winner’s prize is returned, the address is insufficient or incomplete for shipping purposes, or undeliverable for any reason, the alternate prize winner will be disqualified and the Prize will not be awarded.

No compensation will be provided for any prize that is not able to be awarded to a Prize winner.

9. CONDITIONS. This Sweepstakes is conducted in English. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants and prize winners agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final in all respects and not subject to appeal. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify permanently from this Sweepstakes any Entrant it believes has violated these Official Rules and verify eligibility of Entrants. Neither Sponsor nor anyone acting on its behalf will enter into any communications with any Entrant regarding this Sweepstakes, except as expressly set forth in these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. All Sweepstakes materials are subject to verification and are void if (a) not obtained in accordance with these Official Rules and through legitimate channels, (b) any part is counterfeited, altered, defective, damaged, illegible, reproduced, tampered with, mutilated or irregular in any way, (c) are obtained where prohibited, or (d) they contain printing, typographical, mechanical, or other errors. Entrants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of Sweepstakes materials submitted to Sponsor. In the event any portion of this Sweepstakes is compromised by activities beyond the control of the Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes or this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants or the Sponsor. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and randomly draw from those entries received up to the cancellation/suspension date to award prizes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. SPONSOR’S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF THESE PROVISIONS.

10. NO LIABILITY. By participating, Entrants and prize winner agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims made by any Entrant, prize winner, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Sweepstakes as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from receipt, acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in any promotion related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes.

11. USE OF DATA. Sponsor will be collecting personal data about Entrants online, in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review the Sponsor’s privacy policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy.
