Hotel Policies

Check-in Age: 21 years or older (18 years or older with valid Military ID)

Pet Policy: Pets must be declared at check-in. Up to 1 pet allowed per room. There is a nightly fee of $10/night maximum per guest room; a weekly fee of $70/week maximum per guest room; and a monthly fee of $100/month maximum, per guest room. Pet not to exceed 80 pounds. Service and emotional support animals are always welcome.

Deposit Policy: A $40 deposit is required at check in for all guests.

Housekeeping Policy: Out of respect for our guest's privacy, full housekeeping services are included in the price of your stay and offered once every two weeks, with a refresh in between. You may schedule additional housekeeping services on a customized schedule through the front desk for $10 per cleaning service.
